By using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before browsing or making any purchases.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you check them regularly to keep informed of any changes.
2. Services and Products Offered
The Paula Neves Estúdio Têxtil website offers:
Wool and products made from wool: sale of wool-based products for handicrafts such as raw wool, washed, carded or spun wool as well as personal or household items made from hand-spun natural wool yarn.
Tools and utensils for transforming wool into yarn: sale of tools and utensils such as cards, combs, twills, carding drums and spinners.
Events and Workshops: organization of events, workshops and courses where you can learn the ancestral craft of spinning and weaving.
3. Online shopping
Product availability: All products are subject to stock availability or production deadlines.
Prices: Product prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without notice. The amount to be charged will be that shown at the time of purchase.
Payment methods: We accept the following payment methods: Multibanco or MBWay.
Shipping and delivery: Delivery times vary according to location. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to external factors such as strikes or logistical problems.
Estimated delivery times: Delivery times are indicated individually in the product description. For domestic orders, you should also consider an additional 1 to 3 working days for delivery to the destination in Portugal, and 3 to 7 working days for delivery after dispatch within the European Union. For other destinations we will indicate when processing the order.
Estúdio Têxtil Paula Neves will, as far as possible, deliver in accordance with the agreed delivery dates; however, the Buyer acknowledges that the delivery dates are based on the circumstances of which the Seller is aware when the purchase is made and, to the extent that they depend on work or services to be provided by third parties, on the information that such third parties provide to the Seller.
Customs, duties and taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. Teresa Gameiro is not responsible for delays due to customs.
4. Return and exchange policy
Don’t worry, if you’ve changed your mind you have 14 days to return or exchange it.
In the meantime:
We can only accept the exchange or return of items that have not been worn or washed and that have the original tags attached. To return or exchange an item, please contact us by e-mail ([email protected]). Make sure you include your name, address and order number.
All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be damaged or defective. If you receive a defective product, we will pay for the return costs. In this case, please send us some photos to our e-mail immediately after your order arrives.
Please make sure you send the return or exchange product(s) via a registered mail service, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. After receiving the items, we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our requirements (new, unused and with original tags attached), and then the exchange or refund will be processed within 5 working days from (in case of exchange this deadline is subject to stock availability). You will be notified by e-mail or any other written and agreed means when the exchange shipment or refund has been completed.
In the case of custom-made items, exchanges or returns must be authorized on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind about stock items, you can cancel the order before dispatch.
If we have already sent the item, you can return it within 14 days as stipulated in the point above.
In the case of custom-made items, the order can only be canceled until production has begun.
6. Participation in events
Registration: To take part in our events, you must register in advance via the website or another means indicated.
Event Registration Cancellations: The preparation work for events begins long before the date of the event. Cancellation of an event booking can therefore be made up to 7 days before the event date with a 30% penalty. There will be no refund after that date.
Changes to Events: We reserve the right to change the date, location or content of events. If an event is canceled, registrants will be notified and given a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including images, text, logos and graphics, is the exclusive property of Paula Neves Unipessoal, Limitada or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of the content may result in legal sanctions.
7. Privacy and Information Security
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is only collected and used to process orders or during online transactions. By placing an order or registering for an event, you authorize Estúdio Têxtil Paula Neves to use the data you enter for this purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure that the information provided on the site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the purchase of our products.
9. Conflict resolution
In the event of any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions, it shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Portugal and within the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
